Audacity Redefined
Leadership that moves people - from cautious to courageous
Former Managing Director and Head of Trading at Rothschild, author of The Audacity Spectrum, and founder of ADAPTAA, Alina Addison operated for decades in high pressure, high-risk environments, where decisive leadership mattered every day. She understands the realities leaders face when the stakes are high and the margin for error is small.
She delivers practical and inspiring keynotes for leaders who are exceptional at performing, and are ready to lead with the same courage and conviction they bring to every high-stakes decision.
Alina
Founder, Host, Speaker & Author
Alina Addison is a keynote speaker and trusted advisor to leaders in top tier financial institutions, and one of the few people in the room who sat where you sit.
She became the first person to be promoted to Managing Director and Head of Trading at Rothschild & Co. while working four days a week. During her two decades in global financial markets, while managing multi-million pound trades, she was simultaneously building a hotel in Transylvania from the ground up, because she believed the world needed spaces worthy of the conversations that change leaders. That same refusal to accept the either/or now defines her work.
Alina works with executives and leadership teams who operate where the stakes are high and the margin for error is small. She blends emotional intelligence, neuroscience-informed tools, and hard-won experience from the front lines of finance to help leaders make brave decisions, communicate with precision, and lead in a way that is both bold and deeply human.
She is the author of The Audacity Spectrum and the founder of ADAPTAA. Each spring, she hosts Audacious Leaders Retreats at her boutique hotel in Transylvania, where high performers step away from the noise and into clarity, courage, and reinvention.
Why Leaders Trust Alina
She sat where you sit. The first person promoted to Managing Director and Head of Trading at Rothschild & Co. while working four days a week, at a time when that was simply unimaginable.
She wrote the framework. Author of The Audacity Spectrum and founder of ADAPTAA.
She moves people. Accredited in Emotional Intelligence, mother of a child on the autism spectrum and her greatest teacher in audacity, she has a rare ability to shift mindsets in a single session, or a single sentence.
Audacious Talks & Workshops
Keynote 01
Audacious Leadership
In high-performance cultures, leaders are often rewarded for control, not courage. This keynote shows how to lead with conviction and humanity at the same time. You will learn how to create psychological safety without lowering standards, and how to make bold decisions that people trust. Rooted in The Audacity Spectrum and the 8As.
Keynote 02
20 Seconds of Courage
Most leadership moments are not big, dramatic speeches. They are 20-second choices. A difficult conversation. A brave boundary. A clear decision when it would be easier to delay. This keynote gives a simple framework for acting with courage in the moments that matter, and reframing NO into empowerment.
Keynote 03
The EQ Edge
Emotional intelligence is not softness. It is the skill that turns tension into traction. This keynote helps leaders communicate when emotions are high, manage conflict with calm authority, and build cultures where people tell the truth sooner. Practical tools, not theory, for leaders who want sharper conversations and stronger outcomes.
Lead Audaciously
The Audacity Spectrum is not a leadership book about being fearless. It is about knowing exactly where you stand on the spectrum between caution and courage, and having the tools to move.
Written by someone who has lived it, from trading floors in London to Transylvanian retreats, this is the framework that changes how leaders think, decide, and show up when it matters most.
